What firmware is the NAS running?
Are you creating the share from the NAS web ui? Or are you trying to create a folder in the root of the data volume from the Mac?
Have you tried deleting the folders from the NAS web ui? Go to the shares tab, and select "browse". You can also delete from there.
I suggest downloading the full log zip file, as that likely has clues on what is going on. We can help interpret it if you need that. Getting it sooner is good, as the logs do rotate, and if you wait the clues we need might be rotated out.

Hi, thank you for your response. I had shut it down last night, boot up and all was working well. Unfortunately, today I had to delete another file and I got the undifened error message again. I am deleting it from the WEB gui, (locally on the IP address of the NAS). The firmware is I believe the latest one, 6.10.8 I updated it when I first got the NAS. I did have a few power outages, but the system was properly shut down since it was on a UPS system, so I would press the power off button, and wait for it to shut down and didn’t force any sort of power off. How do I send system logs? Thanks again. I am also setting up the folders on the WEB gui.
