ReadyNAS 316 is unresponsive
Hi All,
i am using ReadyNAS 316 with OS 6.10.2. Since 20 days NAS is unresponsive atleast once in a day. I have checked the LOgs and performance and i have not observed any errors. Everytime I have to turn off directly and turn on again.
This is our File server and only one.
Please help...!!!

Have you downloaded the full log zip file and looked there? Or did you only look at the log page in the web ui?
One option is to upload the log zip file into cloud storage (google drive, dropbox, etc), and send a link to the mods ( JohnCM_S , Marc_V ) and ask them to take a look. Don't post this link publicly - instead send them a private message (PM) by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.
