ReadyNAS 3220 not accesible from workstation
Drives seem healthy & was wondering how I can get the data? I'm thinking about re installing the NAS OS. Will I lose my data on my drives if I do? Any other recommendations? Thanks!

Can you describe "not accessible"?
- Are you unable to log into the admin web ui?
- Are you unable to access the files with File Explorer?
- Both?
If you can log into the admin web ui
- have you downloaded the log zip file?
- If you go into the shares page and browse, are you seeing the files?

I cannot log into the web interface. It does not come up. I have not tried to access in explorer but I'm guessing it would be the same being when I ping the IP, I don't get a response.- StephenBJan 24, 2024Guru - Experienced User

Also, have you tried getting status from RAIDar?

I've rebooted several times.
I have not tried RAIDar.
Thanks again.
