ReadyNAS 3138 not accesible

Hello

We have a problem with a READYNAS 3138 S/N: 4HMC91EM00033

The NAS remains inaccessible both by ping and by web navigator but the backups have been made correctly from NAS to NAS so in some way there has been access to it.

The solution war push the power button and restart it.

I'm confused by the last sentence.  Did you mean to say that problem began when you restarted the NAS?

Are you pinging it using its IP address?  Or are you using its hostname?

What other NAS is making the backups sucessfully?  Have you tried pinging the misbehaving RN3138 from that NAS with ssh?

It sounds like you are using Chromium (web navigator).  Do you have a Windows PC or Mac?  It'd be useful to run RAIDar, but that doesn't run on Chromium.

      Thank you StephenB

The problem that the NAS remains inaccesible has occurred 3 times in 2 weeks, forcing it shutdown with the power button and turning on again, makes accesible.

We are useing Windows with diferents navigators and ping to his IP Adress.

Raidair don´t detect the NAS and we have not tried to do ping to the hostname or ssh.

        .

I suggest downloading the log zip file the next time you reboot it.
