ReadyNAS 3220 not accesible from workstation
Drives seem healthy & was wondering how I can get the data? I'm thinking about re installing the NAS OS. Will I lose my data on my drives if I do? Any other recommendations? Thanks!

Thanks for the replay!
I cannot log into the web interface. It does not come up. I have not tried to access in explorer but I'm guessing it would be the same being when I ping the IP, I don't get a response.

Ok. Have you tried to reboot the NAS?
Also, have you tried getting status from RAIDar?

I've rebooted several times.
I have not tried RAIDar.

If it can find the NAS, it might be able to download logs or run diags.
If you've never installed it, you will need to install Java 8

So I have to install Java on the workstation? It is a production workstation so not sure if I can do that.
BTW, is it possible the NAS OS is cooked? It hung and then I rebooted it and it never came back up.
I read Netgear documentation and saw an option to re install the NAS OS. I'm curious if this will wipe out
my data on my RAID?
Thanks again!
