Do you get the same results in accessing this sme folder when you use ReadyCloud on a web browser?
Also, are you using the main ReadyCloud account when accessing it?

Yes,I have signed into readycloud on a web browser both on my PC and on my ipad.
In the home tab: I can see the folders on the left and my system on the right hand pane. When I click on the folders they appear on the right hand pane but I see no contents
In the manage tab: I can see my system model on the right hand pane, indicated healthy and the free space available (represents my handful of test files). Underneath are blank rows of shared folders and shared links. On the left side i see links to my readyNAS and admin page. When I click on readyNAS I get device communication failed message (this is on the same PC where my router and server are connected).
In the discover tab: no devices discovered.
The other way I log in to my server is via https://<ip address>/admin/ and then once i get past "there is problem with this website’s security certificate" and enter the admin password I can se all the folders settings etc. I note that my readycloud user account appears as a user in the icloud tab.
Not sure what is going on, but i will not load any files on to the server until I have resolved it in case i need to reset it.

What's the permission settings on the share hat does not show the contents through ReadyCloud?
Have you checked using ReadyCloud app too if the same results?
