Now that I granted folder acces to my readycloud account via the admin page, I don't have any problem in seeing all the folder contents..so I think I'm all good and sorted. Works ok in the app too

Hello mediasurfer,
So it was the permission settings?
Glad it's working now.
The ReadyCloud account you logged in to the admin page of the NAS is the one you need to use to add/remove users and configured permissions on ReadyCloud URL, that is different from the admin account you use to log in to the admin page of the NAS which is admin/password by default.
The subfolders you will see inside Home share/folder are personal folders of each user account (local and ReadyCloud accounts). Only admin account and the main ReadyCloud account will be able to see this.

Yes all seems well. Only thing I cant get my head round is why I had to add my readycloud as a user in ACCOUNTS to gain the permission and produce the user sub-folder under Home.
I thought the fact i alreay added my readycloud account in CLOUD would be enough

Hello mediasurfer,
I understand, not sure what went wrong there, I tried that on our own unit and I did not have to enter the ReadyCloud accounts on the admin page.
I'm glad all is well now.
