ReadyNAS 524X Maximum HDD Capacity

Can someone please confirm that the ReadyNAS 524X has a maximum HDD capacity of 40TB (4 x 10TB HDDs)?

Nope. 4x10TB was the specified cap because at the time it was released, 10TB was the largest drive available. Now RN524X can handle 4x18TB that means it can handle upto 72TB.

To answer yes, it can handle 4x10TB and RN524X can now handle upto 18TB, Here's a list of Recommended/Tested drives for RN524X.

Thank you for the quick response. So to clarify, the RN524X will accept the 4 10TB drives but only 18TB of the 40TB will be usable. Is that correct?
