ReadyNAS Duo - Suddenly no volumes exist
Hello, I have a ReadyNAS Duo Pro (RNDP2210-100NAS) with 2x 3TB WD Red Drives. I suddenly have no volumes and cannot access any data. It seems this issue arose when I updated my firmware to 6.10....

After strong support from StephenB, we found there were file system errors that were inhibiting the drives from mounting. I unfortunately needed the help of specialized recovery software - ReclaiMe. This software was excellent and I was able to mount and recover all the data from the heretofore un-mountable drives.
It was a tough pill to swallow, but in the end I recovered everything.
