so basically i still can try to use a raid recovery software,
as I believe i have to pull out the hdd from nas, connect them to pc and with this software see what can be done, right?
as I believe the mistake was to keep the hard reset pressed a little bit longer than needed
than is true that i let it run without writting anything on it, since I was browsing web looking for solutions etc
anyway i will look forward to see what can be done with the raid recovery software
many thanks for your reply!

Yes. The disks are formatted differently in the original Duo (the one that runs 4.1.x firmware and says ReadyNas Duo on the front panel). Not sure that the parity disk will work with RAID recovery software. So try the first disk first - that is generally the main disk. You could start with the free R-linux for Windows. https://www.r-studio.com/free-linux-recovery/

Thank you again for all advices, i tried now to use this software with the main HDD connected via an USB3 adapter, but the functions of the software that I need seem to be locked. Is it required to connect the HDD directly to the pc's matherboard? Thanks again

No, and the software I suggested is freeware, so nothing should be locked.
Did you download the freeware R-linux for Windows package, or did you download the R-Studio RAID recovery (which is paid)? R-Linux for Windows is sufficient for this.

I dowloaded the free version of the R-Linux for windows but as I said when I click on the HDD I want torecover all icons in the upper menu are grey, cannot click them
