ReadyNas Duo issue
I performed a hard reset using since I forgot the admin password, I did this few times in the past and all was good but now I do not see any of the files existing on server, it looks like the HDD ar...
it is the same, the only options I have are refresh and open image
the usb adapter I use is for a normal HDD but i guess is ok
Did the other disk also show a size of -1 bytes, with 0 cylinders, 0 sectors, and 0 tracks?
yes, both of them display the same size, cylinders, etc
Are you sure the USB adapter is working?
with normal hdd or ssd yes, it works well
not sure about the raid HDD, have no experience with those,

But the software is obviously getting the wrong information, since those parameters are totally wrong.
I think the next step is to check the adapter (and the power adapter if it is separate) with one your other disks.
