ReadyNAS Duo not powering up after power outage
Cannot restart NAS after power outage. Blue LED in front not lighting up. Switching adapter / power supply green light on. Used multimeter to check voltage output of switching adapter, did read constant 12 V DC. Any advise? Thinking about to take unit apart to see if I can repair power supply. If not possible, how to get data off NAS HDD?

If you are using XRAID/RAID-1, then try connecting disk 1 to a Windows PC, and use R-linux ( https://www.r-studio.com/free-linux-recovery/ )

Did you test the adapter under load?

If it's not the adapter or somethng simple like a cracked solder joint at the NAS connector, you are unlikely to be able to fix a power related issue on a NAS with a brick supply. Netgear does not make schematics available.
