ReadyNAS Duo v2 died in 5 days

Can you confirm its a Duo v2 by looking at How to tell whether I have a Duo v1 or Duo v2 or NV+ v1 or NV+ v2?

Don't plug a 3rd party power supply in. If the power supply is incompatible and causes damage it will void the warranty.
