readynas duo v2
I bought the Readynas from one of my friends, he had to unregister the product from his account so that I could register it on my name. I did register the Readynas using my email address. But when I open my netgear account, it is showing that no product is being registered on this account.
I could anyone please help me fix this problem.

You can't re-register a used NAS - the warranty is only for the original purchaser, and Netgear won't provide paid support either.
