Welcome to the Community!
Bonjour is used to share files between LAN on different OS (Windows and Mac) devices, it allows devices running on different OS to share resources that is why the NAS uses this service to be able to commmunicate to both.
You can disable uPnP on the NAS under System tab > Settings. This will limit the connection/discovery to the NAS,
uPnP allows devices on the same LAN to discover each other and connect through standard network protocols. Here's an old post about this setting.
