A number of users have had failed PSUs and after replacing them the NAS has been fine again (edit: should note that this may not necessarily always be the case, but usually is).
The RAID array can most likely be moved to another NV+ v1 unit. If your backup is not up to date and your data is important then you should consider cloning the disks just in case something goes wrong with the migration.
