ReadyNAS Pro 6 upgrade

I'm looking to Upgrade from my ReadyNAS Pro 6, I'm looking for the equivalent NAS in performance, would that be the 316 or 516?

The RN316 is equivalent to the ultra-6, the RN516 is the model that is equivalent to the pro-6.
