You might want to check the warranty status (hardware warranty is 5 years).
The power supply is a more likely failure than the system board - and the PSU can be replaced. If you search the forum, you will find quite a bit of material on that.
One possibility is to get a new NAS, and then try to repair the Pro - if you succeed you can use it for backup of the new NAS.
