ReadyNAS Pro6 / OS 6.3.5 RC2: replace 4 2TB disks with 4 4TB
Hi,
I plan to replace my 4 2TB HDD with 4 4TB HDD. I have a ReadyNAS Pro6 running 6.3.5 RC2.
What HDD to you advise me to buy?
Thank you!
- Finaly, I bought 4 WD30EFRX. All is OK with these new disks.

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserFor cool and quiet disks, look at the WDC WD40EFRX (or if you are a Seagate person the ST4000VN000). These have 3-year warranties. If you want 7200 rpm performance, try the WD4001FFSX. These will run quite a bit hotter than the two above. Warranty is 5 years. I use WD30EFRX in my pro-6, and have had no problems with them. Performance is quite good, and the system temps are low. - didboxTutorFinaly, I bought 4 WD30EFRX. All is OK with these new disks.
