ReadyNas RN10400 and Wifi

Hi,

Is this possible to add a usb wifi dongle to the nas ?

I've got to separate network at home and I would like to link my nas to both of the network in order to be able to share documents.

Is this possible ?

Thank you in advance.

PS : I hope this is the right section to ask my question.

AFAIK no one here has ever managed to connect a wifi dongle.  There are of course two ethernet connections, and it is possible to set them up to use different IP addresses.

I will give a try to connect a wifi dongle. But since I see nothing in the menu to handle such a thing I guess this will not work ...

There is two ethernet port but the two network are separate by one floor and several walls. That's why I want to use wifi to connect them.

Why this situation ? Just because cable provider provide me two internet cable : on for the ground floor and one for the first floor. There is two boxes in order to be able to watch tv on the ground floor and the first floor. That's why I have two separate networks.

The last solution is to take a wifi repeater and connect the nas to it.
