Today my old rn10400 don't boot. I need to recover data from the raid storage, does anyone know how to do this (buy another and replace disk or any solution to recover data)

The disks can be migrated directly to another OS-6 NAS (include x86 models).
Alternatively, the array can be mounted manually on a ubuntu linux system. RAID recovery software that supports BTRFS (such as ReclaiMe) can also be used on a Windows PC.

Since the NAS boots from the drives, we need to go deeper to see if it's your NAS or one or more drives that's the issue. To start with, be more specific about it "not booting". Does it not power on at all? Does is get part way through the boot and stop? If so, do you see any message in the display? What does RAIDar show?
What do you see if you remove all the drives (marking them so you can return them to their original location) and try to boot?
If it is the NAS, a replacement is the easiest solution, assuming the volume wasn't damaged when the NAS failed. There are other options, too.
the power supply seem to be out of order, i'm getting a new one tomorrow
Finally it was the power supply, the NAS is ok
