Rn10400 data recovery
Hi Today my old rn10400 don't boot. I need to recover data from the raid storage, does anyone know how to do this (buy another and replace disk or any solution to recover data)

Since the NAS boots from the drives, we need to go deeper to see if it's your NAS or one or more drives that's the issue. To start with, be more specific about it "not booting". Does it not power on at all? Does is get part way through the boot and stop? If so, do you see any message in the display? What does RAIDar show?
What do you see if you remove all the drives (marking them so you can return them to their original location) and try to boot?
If it is the NAS, a replacement is the easiest solution, assuming the volume wasn't damaged when the NAS failed. There are other options, too.

Finally it was the power supply, the NAS is ok
