ReadyNas RN2120 Corrupt Root

I stuck a fresh drive in the Nas and RAIDar said installing and then corrupt root.

Test the drives in the PC with vendor tools (lifeguard for western digital; seatools for seagate). I recommend running both the extended non-destructive test and a full write-zeros test.
If it's not the drives, then it could be a problem with the firmware image in the flash.

Drives pass no issues.
If it's a problem with the firmware image in the flash. How can we fix that? I can telnet into device from two different tech support modes. One says debug Telnet and another says debug and some numbers.

I tried the arm instructions it didnt do anything from what I can see. I copied the files to the usb but no image file
And the usb tool did everything I did but with the image file.
I rebooted the ReadyNas and tried to get it to go into USB Boot but it seems it goes into Tech Support Mode Debug with random numbers.
