I understand that you are doing rotational usb backup from your NAS. I would like to verify the following information below.
1. When you are doing a backup did you set to automatically eject the hard drive after the backup?
2. Please also check the permission setting of the usb hard drive every time it is connected to the NAS.
3. Do you connect the usb hard drives on the designated usb ports set on the backup job?
4. Do the usb hard drives get a different name every time it is connected to the NAS.
