ReadyNAS RND-4D - lost access to admin page and ability to connect remotely
Hi,
A couple of months ago we lost the ability to access our NAS system remotely through ReadyCloud. It was temporarily fixed but soon broke again. I have been trying for a long time to solve this now and have got nowhere. We had a problem that everytime I turned on Remote Access for someone to take a look it would turn off again not long afterwards. I was advised to disable the IPv6, which I did, and since then I can't access the Admin Page either. We are now having connectivity issues and I can't acess the Admin page to turn on Remote Access, or check backups, or update software...
I'm really really stuck and this is a system used by a small business. Does anyone have any good ideas that could help me? Right now I'd even take just being able to access the Admin Page.
