readynas RND2210 duo V2 failed drive

hi, we had a power failure and when I turned the NAS drive back on, it booted up but disk 2 green light was flashing rapidly. RAIDar 6.3.0 could see the drive but would not open it. Status: Quota che...

sorry forgot to say I cant access the Admin function. Rebooted with 2 drives and now says status is quota check. Also forgot to mention I use a mac so the WD repair software wont work :(
