readynas rndp6620-100NAS power supply part
power supply failer. i bought a replacement (seasonic part 100-240v-5a) but the large connector cable length is too short. it works but when mounted in place the cable wont reach the board. how do i get one from netgear? product is discontinued. online support wont give me a way to get a part (if its avaiable at all). Im assuming netgear had these made special with a longer cable.

Netgear does not sell them. Just buy a 6 inch ATX connector extension. You'll have to remove the plastic channel. If you cut the tabs off the sides of the extender that are intended to hold it in place in a through-hole installation, it will sit flat between the motherboard and side. I used double-sided foam tape to hold mine in place.
