readynas stuck booting 99%
One of my ReadyNAS 316 arrays has stopped booting successfully, hanging each time at "Booting 99%". When I push the power button once while in this state, it displays "upnphttpd.service" on the front display. Unfortunately when in this state, it will not accept the admin password on the web page login, so I can't even log in there to look at the logs. In another thread, someone suggested booting in customer support mode...how does one do that?

It's called "tech support" mode. Instructions are on page 81-82 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf
But booting into that mode is only the beginning. After that you'd need to log into the NAS using telnet, and then attempt a repair using the linux command line interface. If you aren't skilled in Linux (and ideally experienced with the ReadyNAS setup) you should instead use paid support via my.netgear.com. (They will also want your system in that mode so they can repair it remotely).
My suggestion is to see if RAIDar 6.5 can download the log zip file first. https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads
After that, you could also attempt an OS reinstall (also in the hardware manual on pages 81-82). That will reset your admin password back to password. It will also reset the network interface to use DHCP with no bonding, and will turn off "quota" on the volume settings wheel.
If that fails (or if you are hesitant to try it), then contact paid support.
