Readynas Ultra rootfs entirely in NAND flash?
Hi, I consider buying a Readynas Ultra, but I am curious about the availability of the size of the built-in NAND flash. My key decision point is that _all_ software running on the NAS shall be stored...
the os resides entirely on the disks except maybe the bootloader.. so the free space in flash is entirely unimportant in this case as you dont have access to the flash anyway.
any 3rd party programs you want to install will be placed in the 4gb os-partition on the raid and/or the data volume.
