REALLY slow transfer speeds on ReadyNAS 102 and 104
Hi there! So I have two ReadyNas 104's and a ReadyNas 102 on my network. I don't know what's going on, but I'm getting REALLYYYYY slow speeds. I was just transfering so music and 20GB it taking 40m...

If your home network uses ipv4 (as almost all do), then you should disable ipv6 in the NAS.
You could also check to see if "strict sync" is enabled on the "advanced" page of the share's SMB settings. If it is enabled, try disabling it.
Have you ever run the maintenance settings on the volume tab (balance and defrag)? How full is the data volume? Do you use smart snapshots on the share?
Generally speaking, transfering lots of small files will take longer than transfering larger ones. You might also want to try benchmarking a single large file transfer (at least 1 GB) using a desktop system and wired ethernet.
