Replacement fans for ReadyNAS 2100
One of the fans in my 2100 sometimes will not start after power up, and constantly run at a bit lower RPM than the other fan. The NAS is old so I guess it is about time to replace both fans. Any ...

It is some odd double fan. Three of them. Model seems to be AGE04020B12M, but when I search for that I only find a single fan model, 40x40x20 mm.

Interesting format, two "standard" fans in a duo-configuration, indeed. Challenge customer.support@netgear.com for spares. If Netgear does have no more spare fans available, I would ask Crown Precision & Electronics Co. Ltd. via sales@crownthermal.com.

The wall between them looks almost twice as thick as the outside walls. So is there sufficient slop in the mounting hole locations that you can just glue two 40mm fans together?

I believe these same fans were used in the ReadyNAS 1100, and that the Netgear part number was 405-10001-01 RN11B-FAN.
