Yes you can move your disks across and data will remain intact.
You may wish to put a spare disk (must not be from your array) and make sure that the firmware on the replacement 104 is at least as new as the firmware on the dead one. Then power down, remove the spare disk and migrate your disks across. It is best to keep the disk order the same.
