Request number: 17387983 NV+ power supply failure

How do I get a replacement power supply? I recently saw this was a known problem on NV+
Had power outage and no power up after outage - no lights. I assume it is power supply
Opened and online support request

Any help would be appreciated. I have a partial backup (my most important share) from 2 weeks ago
but I still need a way to reload it. I used ext3 disk format usb backup

  • Post back when you get a response on your Support Case. Have you verified that your serial number is within the suspect range?

    When did you purchase your NV+? If it is still under warranty, they may choose the RMA route which will replace your entire chassis.
