Hi, I'm trying to find a solution for the following : I need to give User-2 (read-only) access to the Home/User-1 folder. I know how to proceed for other folders, but can't find a way to do ...

You can't (by design). Home folders are intended to be used exclusively by one user. The admin account can access them, but that is not read-only.
While home folders are useful for enterprises, I don't see much value for most home users. Personally I don't use them (and have disabled all network protocols for home, so these folders never show up).

I don't see many settings for home but maybe I'm looking at the wrong place
