RN102 Power Light Flashing and unable to acess

Hi Everyone,   Recently my nas has starting acting up. When the NAS starts up from its scheduled time, the power light flashes all the time and I’m unable to log into it from the cloud or via Raida...

Do you need to have an antivirus program installed on them ?

No.  Just log into the web ui, and go to system->settings.  If the AntiVirus service button has a green stripe it is enabled.  Click on it to disable it.
