RN102 "ReadyNAS detected previously formatted disks"
"Your ReadyNAS booted with disks that were previously used in another type of device. Settings will be saved once a volume is created." This is the error message I am getting when trying to log in...

Your NAS was working before this happened right? Have you tried dong an OS-Reinstall? You can do that by accessing the Boot menu of your RN102.
However, if you have gained access back to your NAS but you now have a fresh configuration, chances are the NAS has been reset and unfortunately data recovery might be impossible since the drive has been formatted.
Gearhead contracts are not for ReadyNAS. ReadyNAS has it's own OnCall contract which can be purchased through your NETGEAR portal or through contacting Support.
If you have not seen the NAS perform a reset, you may still want to try doing OS-Reinstall.
