Yes, correct, that disk has a huge error count and it went offline already.
Luckly i can still access the data volume in read only mode to do the backup
Thanks mdgm~

Were you running a balance when this happened?
Which firmware are you running?
Can you provide logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Dear Mdgm
Were you running a balance when this happened?
Yes,
Which firmware are you running?
6.6.1
Can you provide logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
I am helping the user to do the backup via telnet, so i cannot provide the logs at this moment, but user did the balance before.
i can boot into volume read only mode, but it seems there's no response after maybe 10 mins .. if boot in normal, it stop at around 39% and the panel shows __del_reloc_root+2C

That error message that showed on the LCD is a short part of a kernel error message relating to a crash during balancing.
That disk has a huge error count. That disk probably should have been replaced quite a long time ago. When you fail to replace bad disks that can cause problems with e.g. volume maintenance.I'm confident if you look at smart_history.log you'll find that that the disk has probably been showing signs of impending failure for quite a long time.

Sure I replied to your PM. That other problem looks like a data recovery situation. It can be expensive and may not be successful.
