RN10400 - "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk", ticket 42208441

After rebooting volume crashed. "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk"

4x2 TB X-RAID (RAID5)

Reboot in "read only" mode gives same result

 

Tech support (e-mail) not responding :(

    Suppport is the best approach to dealing with this.  Did you try using my.netgear.com?

      Im use my.netgear.com, but there is not even a phone number, only a form for creating a request...

        Maybe send a private message (PM) to one of the mods ( JohnCM_S and Marc_V ), and see if they can help.  You send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.
