RN204 and Windows XP
Hi -
Im new a network guy - but am trying to help a friend out
windows X machine, cant see the NAS (RN204)...
other machines in his office can (win7 and win10)... so, i think RN204 is set ...

Can you ping the NAS from the XP machine?
Good catch, somehow I missed that.
These machines are on the same local network??? If so, can you let us know what the subnet masks are on PC and the NAS?
I agree that trying ping is a good step.

I figured it out - it wasnt a NAS issue at all -
well, it was a router setup issue -
I didnt mention that my friend changed internet providers - from DSL to cable - and I needed to re-setup the router...
Kept pinging machines and came to that realization
