The NAS has no speaker. This noise is coming from one of the disks - and the noise means that the drive is failing and needs to be replaced (even if it passes the diagnostics). If the disk is still covered by warranty, the vendor will replace it with a recertified disk.
It can be hard to figure out which disk is making the noise. One method is to power down the NAS, and connect each disk to a Windows PC using either SATA or a USB/adapter dock. Label the drives as you remove them (so you can return them to the correct slot later). Use the long generic test in the vendor tools (Seatools for Seagate; Lifeguard or Dashboard for Western Digital). That should let you isolate the failing drive.
When done, put the drives back in the NAS (leaving out the failing one), and power it back on.
