RN214 DATA LOST
I have a RN214 with 4 disks of 3tb each. I regular use them to do job backup.
Recently the disk 1 suddenly dead and ask to replace. I bought a new one and replace the disk and the NAS start to re-sincronize the information... but then the worst thing appens... the disk 3 stop to respond and then i no longger have acess to the information stored.
Can anyone help me?? is there any way to recover the information?? any software?? Any way??
Please help me!! Because i have a lot of job stored in the disks.

One option is to contract for data recovery with Netgear. https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
If you can connect all the disks to a Windows PC, you could also try ReclaiMe RAID recovery software. Note you need recovery software that supports BTRFS. https://www.reclaime.com/
If you still have the original disk 1, then make sure you keep it. One possibility is that it might be possible to clone the two failed disks - that might help get back more of the data.
