Can you get any response from the boot menu: How-do-I-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-ReadyNAS-102-202-212-or-312 ?
As for data recovery, not directly in Windows, but ReclaiMe software says it can: https://www.reclaime.com/ . You can download the demo version to see if it will be successful.
A Linux system with BTRFS installed could as well, though it's not an easy place to go if you are not already familiar with Linux.. And, of course, you can move them over to another OS6 based ReadyNAS.
Thanks for the information. The unit won't start in the boot menu either. Looks like the unit is dead. I'm going to purchase another compatible unit an put the drives in it. I can see the partitions on the drives but not read them so I have a little hope.
