Unfortunately, they are hard to find. JeraldM might be able to point you to a Netgear supplier. The part number for the trays is RTRAY09-10000S.
One option is to look for an old ReadyNAS that is being sold for parts. Trays from all the legacy desktop NAS (Duo, Duo v2, NV, NV+, Pro, Ultra) will fit (though they are different from the current trays). Rackmount ReadyNAS trays won't fit - so google the model number, to make sure you are looking at a desktop NAS (or trays for a desktop NAS). BTW, the very old trays have round release buttons. They tend to stick, so can be tricky to release. You can overcome that with a paperclip, but it is a bit annoying. A part number for old trays is RNDTRAY-10000S.
