RN31600-100AJS - After cold re-boot, Volume lost
Transfers from my PC to the NAS were slow so I decided to restart the NAS, which turned out to be a big mistake. After restarting, I could access the NAS but none of my mapped drives were connecting....

All readynas platforms are end-of-life. Warranty replacements are still possible to get, but paid support is no longer an option. AFAICT that includes their recovery service - some folks have tried to get that over the past few months, but in all cases I know of they were not successful.

Unfortunately, there is no way to tell. Hopefully the NAS is not rebuilding the volume from scratch.
You can try downloading the full log zip file - that whill have more clues on what is going on.
You could try RAID recovery software that supports BTRFS. ReclaiMe is one package that several folks here have used with success. It would require that you connect at least five drives to a Windows PC (likely requiring that you get a USB enclosure with multiple bays). If you want to try RAID recovery, then you might consider shutting the PC down now, since we don't know if the resync is doing more damage or not.
Thanks Stephen for your quick reply. I have downloaded the log files but don't really know what to look for. It is almost midnight here so I decided to shut the NAS down overnight and will restart it tomorrow morning and see if there is any change in status.

If you like you can send me the log zip.
Do that by putting it into cloud storage (drop box, etc), and sending me a download link via a private message (PM).
