rn3204 freezing up

I've got a new rn3204 that is consistently freezing, web ui won't respond, lots of iscsi timeouts from our nvr.  no erorrs in the logs, FW is up to date, changed to the other network port as well, the traffic to the unit is pretty low.  i used linux dash as cpu is low so its' not stressed, any ideas?  the deivce is just an iscsi target for 1 desktop pc for video camera storage.
