rn516 hangs on "welcome" on reboot

I have a ReadyNAS RN516 running 6.10.5 Hotfix 1

When I "reboot" it from the ReadyNAS web Admin Page interface it hangs on the "welcome" screen, if I hit the power it comes up OK.

Alternatively if I use "Shut Down' from the web Admin Page it shuts down and powers up properly when I hit the power button.

I don't reboot often but I'm guessing this started about a year ago.

I saw a few examples of this in the knowledge base, but I didn't find any real solution.

Anyone know what is going on or have a fix?
