RN51600 BIOS

Hello
There has been no substantial progress! My current NAS just cannot be turned on and the system cannot be restored. Because it is a problem with the BIOS program of the motherboard. I urgently need your company to provide me with a BIOS-8M. Thank you!
The component number on the motherboard is "J1", Winbond

Just to let you know - this is a user-to-user forum, so not Netgear Support.

FWIW, Netgear no longer provides support services for any ReadyNAS (other than warranty claims).

"J1" would be a connector, not a chip.  How have you determined that your BIOS flash is bad?  Unless you were doing something with it you shouldn't have, that's not a typical failure.

Even when Netgear was providing support, they have never provided parts.
