RND200v2 unable to register as already registered to another account
i have tried to connect to readynas but when i try to register my readynas rnd2000v2 it tells me it is already registered to another account.

Are you the original purchaser of the device or was it purchased as used? If it was used, you will not be able to register it.
Can you also send the serial number of the NAS via private message so I can also check the registration on our end?
You should still be able to use the ReadyNAS even though you are not able to register it.
