You need 6-32 4mm pan head screws.
Easiest to get supermicro screws for 3.5" drives. Sandshark uses them, hopefully he will confirm.

Yes, a packet of screws for SuperMicro caddies work fine. They are just slightly longer, but the drives' holes are deep enough that they fully seat, and they have the proper shallow pitch heads. They are available on Amazon and elsewhere. Just be sure to get the ones for 3.5" drives, as the ones for 2.5" are a different size. But the price has gone up quite a bit. These also work and are a cheaper, but you may have difficulty getting them if you are outside the USA: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N3ZG8QX.

Ok kewl. Thank you both.
I happend to find a bag of screws from my PC building days and found some screws that will be temporary until I can find the real flat pan head ones. The head on these are not flat so they work in a pinch. Had to move the far right drive screws to the front as the head on these sticks out too much on the side of the inside case wall. Will wait for more exact information. For now the NAS is back upright and drives are Ok.
I'll get these ordered. Thankl you much.
