RND4000 Stuck at 13% when booting
Hi The device is out of warranty. Serial number 23J5197M00AFE So far I have attempted testing drive to see if that gets any results. They all appear to be good. I have reinstalled the OS - still ...

Eventually got to the Factory reset stage.
This worked but disk 2 showed as failed which may have been the problem all along but no other evidence.
Replaced the disk a did another Factory reset and all came back golden. 🙂
Did full Shutdown restart to find that disk 2 reported as dead. 😞
tried a couple of other disks in Slot 2. They also reported dead. Beginning to suspect that Slot 2 is faulty.
Tried another disk and it is now syncing.
I think that slot two may be playing up so will see how it goes with the thought that is has gone past its best and needs replacing.

Look for raidiator_version.log in the log zip file. If it's there, then open it - it will include the firmware version.
For example, my own NV+ has this:
RAIDiator!!version=4.1.16,time=1495530915

RAIDiator!!version=4.1.16,time=1495530915

Thx. So 4.1.x firmware - with the final firmware (4.1.16) installed.
If you want to check OS partition usage, you can open up disk_usage.log The first line under the title shows the OS (root) partition. My own system shows this:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/hdc1 2.0G 365M 1.6G 19% /- gper56Apr 30, 2022Aspirant
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hdc1 2.0G 546M 1.5G 28% /
tmpfs 16k 0 16k 0% /USB
/dev/c/c 5.5T 3.7T 1.8T 68% /cSo its not the OS partition being full that is the problem.
A MOD has found that one of the disks has failed so i'm going to try a replacement and see what happens.
